Overview
Matthew R. Williams is a shareholder at KCR. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters, including cases in the following areas: business disputes, including breach of contract, breach of representations and warranties in M&A transactions, fraud and other business torts; partnership and shareholder disputes, including minority shareholder oppression; real estate; higher education; antitrust; intellectual property and life sciences; and employment issues, including discrimination, wrongful termination and non-competition agreements.
Mr. Williams has handled jury and bench trials and is experienced in resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation and arbitration. He also has experience advising clients on e-discovery issues, antitrust compliance and government investigations. Prior to joining KCR, Mr. Williams was associated with Pepper Hamilton LLP, where he worked in its Philadelphia office, handling a variety of complex commercial litigation.
